Mama Liu’s is a Sydney based small family business specialising in North-Western (Xinjiang) Chinese chilli oil. Their cultural background is Chinese Russian so the food, people and culture is vastly different from the rest of Asia.

With a labour of love in food, their chilli oil which has received rave reviews is handmade and hand bottled in Sydney.
