When will my order be dispatched?
Your order will be dispatched within 2 business days.

When will my order arrive?
We ship from Chatswood (NSW) and use Australia Post so the delivery time and tracking will be according to their guidelines, and may take 3 to 7 days depending on your location. The time frames for delivery, as set out by Australia Post are as follows:

Sending within NSW:
Metro – up to 2 business days
Country – up to 5 business days

Sending interstate:
Metro – up to 3-6 business days
Country – you can use the Australia Post delivery estimator here

For international buyers, please note: Import duties, taxes, and charges aren’t included in the item price or postage cost. These charges are the buyer’s responsibility. Please check with your country’s customs office to determine what these additional costs will be prior to purchasing.

What is the return/refund policy?
Due to the nature of our business, please choose carefully as we do not issue credit or exchange. However, you are entitled to a full refund including shipping costs if the item is faulty or goods fail to be of acceptable quality. Any product you return must be in the same condition as you received it and in the original packaging within 7 days of receiving it.
