Description
The Carwari Organic Yuzu Spread is a smooth spread of the Yuzu peel.
The Yuzu peel is processed very finely and can therefore be dissolved in water easily. It made from 100% fruit with no added sugar nor pectin.
A gentle sweetness is provided from the grape juice and a hint of bitterness from the Yuzu peel.
It’s uses include:
– Flavouring in desserts, baking, sorbets, jelly etc.
– As as a spread on bread, topping sauce of yogurt, ice cream, breakfast cereals
– Mix it with Miso paste to make Yuzu Miso
– Dissolve it into drink to make Yuzu flavour drink
