Description
These La Narval mackerel fillets are milder and valued for their clean flavour and fine texture. It is caught in the Golfo de Cádiz (along the southern coasts of Spain and Portugal) by small inshore fishing fleets operating under regulated and responsible practices.
Each fish is hand-peeled with a knife, never treated with chemicals or mechanical processes. This manual preparation preserves the integrity of the flesh, resulting in fillets that are clean, firm, and well-defined. Preserved simply in olive oil, the emphasis remains on clarity, balance, and the natural character of the fish.
Suitable for tapas, salads, and simple plated dishes. Best served at room temperature.
