La Narval

Conservas La Narval is a Galician conservera based in the Ría de Arousa, one of Europe’s most respected fishing estuaries. La Narval works with locally landed fish and shellfish sourced seasonally from small coastal boats under regulated quotas. Processing is by hand and minimal—fish are hand-cleaned, hand-trimmed, and hand-packed. They are then preserved using simple, time-tested preparations that enhance the seafood rather than dominate it.
