Description
The Riseria Molinaro Ebano (Black) rice is high in phosporus, magnesium, selenium and Vitamin B5 with the black hue turning a deep, dark purple when cooked. As an Italian superfood, the Ebano (Black) Rice is healthier and heartier than white rice. When cooked, it has a natural al dente texture and a nuttier taste.
The Riseria Molinaro Ebano (Black) Rice also features a shining ‘perlatura’. The perlatura which means ‘the pearl look’ is the one of the distinctive feautures along with minimal creacked granis that define the quality of the rice from Riseria Molinaro.
Riseria Molinaro is located in the NorthEast Piedmont (Italy) in the middle of vercellese in a land called baraggia. From this area comes the best rice cultivated in Italy.
