The Carwari Organic Brown Rice Miso Paste (Red) is made from Organic Brown Rice and has a rich yet mild flavour. It is made using a traditional method via natural fermentation which produces unpasteurised fresh live miso. Live miso contains active enzymes that aids digestion as well as it helps the tenderising of meat or fish, and brings out the elusive ‘Umami’ flavour. During the longer fermentation process, more melanoidin is produced in the red miso which in turn provides more antioxidants.
The product is suitable for vegetarian and vegan, contains no additives, no GMO. And is gluten free.
This product is best for (but not limited to) soups, dressing, dipping sauces, sauces and hot pots.
